Despite already spending over £1 billion since taking over, Boehly and co-owner Behdad Eghbali are prepared to further strengthen Chelsea’s squad—particularly targeting a new striker.

The Blues are interested in young forward Liam Delap but face competition from Manchester United, who could lure him with Champions League football.
