MI vs PBKS | Inglis and Priyansh tear into Mumbai and seal Qualifier one spot for Punjab

Punjab Kings secured a seven-wicket win over Mumbai Indians at Jaipur’s Sawai Mansingh Stadium. Despite Suryakumar Yadav’s 57 off 39 helping Mumbai post 184/7, a dominant 109-run stand between Josh Inglis and Priyansh Arya powered Punjab Kings to victory and a spot in Qualifier One.
Chasing 185, Punjab openers Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran Singh gave a brisk start, reaching 34/0 in four overs. Prabhsimran fell to Bumrah, but Josh Inglis and Arya put on a dominant 100-run stand. Inglis struck a 28-ball fifty while Arya matched him with a 27-ball half-century. Santner dismissed Arya for 62 in the 15th over, and Inglis followed in the 18th, but Punjab needed just 11 runs off 13 balls by then. Captain Iyer guided the chase calmly, hitting the winning runs. With this clinical performance, Punjab secured a spot in Qualifier 1, continuing their strong run in the tournament.
