Puneri Paltan dominated both halves, maintaining control to secure a convincing win.

As the Pro Kabaddi League action unfolded in Jaipur, Puneri Paltan climbed back to the top of the table with a solid 39-33 win over Telugu Titans on September 13, 2025. The defending champions showcased their trademark defensive strength, with Gaurav Khatri leading from the front by completing a High Five with seven tackle points, while Vishal Bhardwaj added six to his name for another High Five.

The opening exchanges were tightly contested, with Aslam Inamdar and Bharat Hooda trading blows in raids. A Super Tackle from Avi Duhan kept the Titans level at 6-6, but Puneri soon broke away. Bhardwaj’s strong tackle led to the first All Out of the night, and Aslam’s all-round display gave the Paltan a commanding 24-14 lead at halftime.

In the second half, Pankaj Mohite and Aditya Shinde kept the pressure on, though Hooda sparked a brief Titans revival. He registered a Super 10, while Duhan chipped in with another Super Tackle. However, Khatri’s Super Tackle on Hooda sealed the Titans’ fate, before Bhardwaj completed his own High Five. Despite Hooda’s lone resistance, Puneri’s defensive masterclass ensured a convincing six-point victory, cementing their place at the summit.
