Shabeer Bapu amassed 10 points in the match. He had two super tackles and a super raid. He was assisted well by Rajesh Narwal and Tushar Patil each scoring 3 points.
Nitin Madane, and the Bengal defense, restored parity and the game was swinging like a pendulum in the first half. However, Bengal could not get an all out, although, they reduced Jaipur to two men in the first half as Shabeer Bapu caught Ravi Dalal in a super tackle. Eventually, Jaipur were all out in the first half, and at the end of 20 minutes the scores were 14-16 in favor of the warriors.
The star of the half, Jasvir Singh, continued his good form and rounded off the half with 6 points in 8 raids, as the Jaipur Pink Panthers came back just after the break and led the Bengal Warriors 17-14.

It was an even encounter right from the word go.
The second half saw Jasvir Singh continue his good work. Though, he was tackled twice in this half, he did enough damage to his rivals. The Jaipur Pink Panthers defence also did not lag behind. Led by Shabeer, they inflicted the second all-out in the 30th minute to lead 29-25.As Jaipur successfully employed their plans, they were able to inflict the all out, but Bengal Warriors came back courtesy of Monu Goyat. The match was tightly contested after the break with both teams, especially Bengal, resorting to quick empty raids to invite the rival raiders for the do-or-die raids.

Jaipur Pink Panthers after an attacking first half switched their strategy to concentrate on defense after resumption. With their rivals too needing to attack, laying traps for them was easy.

The introduction of Shrikant Jadhav changed the whole scenario, and it was Bengal attacking again, but the Panthers played smart and got the job done in the last few raids as Shabeer and Tushar got a point each and finished it 36-33.
