A sharp bumper followed that evidently troubled the batter before Krishna returned to the inseamer, this time the Dukes missing the stumps by a whisker. However, a wicket seemed inevitable even though only two balls remained in the session, and Krishna needed no second invitation as he well straighter and fuller. Overton tried to drive the ball down the ground, only to be beaten emphatically and trapped plumb LBW for a duck in his comeback game.
